GFDA Top 8 12/1/13

1) The Celtic Cowboy Pub and Restaurant opened downtown, giving a strong boost to a growing dining and entertainment center!

2) Jerry Noble Tire Factory paid off their GFDA gap financing loan years earlier than expected. The company was able to secure 100% bank financing in just over two years since developing its new facility in Great Falls. We provide financing, in partnership with local banks, to fill the gap between available equity and what your bank can finance. This enables start-ups, expansions and new facilities to move ahead with projects that otherwise wouldn't happen. Our goal is to be taken out in 3-5 years. If your business or real estate project has a financing gap, contact Tamariel Christopher at TChristopher@GFdevelopment.org or 1-406-771-9026.
