We sold a $250,000 loan participation to NeighborWorks Great Falls and a $750,000 participation to the MidWest Minnesota CDC. Stockman Bank is the primary construction lender. This is an important project in addressing the need for high quality, affordable rental housing in the city.
4) The Front Brewing Company shipped its first canned beers from its new brewery in downtown Great Falls! We're proud to have assisted in financing the brewery. Check out their great beers and innovative can designs at your local store, and if they don't carry The Front's beers yet, ask why not!
5) Provided a draft purchase agreement to a prospect company that's looking to purchase lots 3 and 4 in the Great Falls AgriTech Park. Worked with the Governor's Office of Economic Development to provide information on potential sites and incentives to an international agri-processing company searching for a location to expand into. Worked with a client on navigating federal regulations for a new federal contract the business was awarded and assisted the company to set up a federal payment system account.
